It is rather difficult today to find a good dealership that one can not only trust, but also has great customer service. Overall, they were a very friendly, no pressure customer experience which to me is very important as many dealers only care about pushing sales and can be very aggressive. They were very upfront about the vehicles condition, and had no issue with me taking it to have a pre-purchase inspection. My experience with John and Sons was very positive, they were willing to work with me setting up a time to look at and later purchase the car, and did not sell it out from under me as other people were interested, which many dealers would have done. Overall, I would recommend and would buy another car in the future.

I was getting weary of the car search and finding their dealership was a breath of fresh air! Luis was so kind and patient. He worked with us to negotiate a price and we could tell that he truly wanted us to walk away with something we were happy with. He was very honest and not pushy at all. I'd give them 5 stars all the way and plan to return if/when I need another vehicle in the future!

Ed, the 3rd generation owner found me halfway under a Yukon that I was interest in, checking for rust. We had a brief conversation about the vehicle and I took it on a test drive. It was well worth the $6000 price tag, so I went to the bank on the way back to the car lot.

When we got back Ed asked how I liked it and I told him I'd like to buy it. he's the least pushy salesman on the planet and answered every question to the best of his knowledge.

There are 1 or 2 bad reviews on here and I'd take them with a grain of salt. This place is great and I'll be back when my son has enough money saved to buy a car.
